Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging — unworn, not altered or washed, and with all tags (if applicable) attached. If the packaging is damaged or missing, we are unable to process a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Shoes, hair accessories, hats, and toys cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as swimwear.
Additional non-returnable items:
-On-sale items. Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
-Food related items such as feeding bottles, fruit feeders, bowls, cups, bottles, and utensils.
-Holiday specific items, including Halloween, Christmas, and Easter.
Any orders placed within the context of a sale, or any items marked Final Sale (including all products purchased during our End of Season, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for return – please reach out to the team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.
If the items from your order arrive damaged, please notify us within one week of the delivery date. Provide a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item and a description of the damage to email@example.com within one week of delivery.
To return a damaged item, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are returned without the original packaging do not qualify for a refund.
We will make every effort to make it right and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the damaged/faulty item back with. A replacement or refund will be issued at your discretion.
Upon receipt of the return, if we indicate that the item was damaged due to poor handling (not manufacturer malfunction), we are unable to accept the return.
We currently do not offer exchanged due to limited inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to place a new order with us.
Orders placed on pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed. All pre-order items are made to order and your order is a commitment to purchase.
If you are placing your order with items that are not pre-order items, your order will ship when all items are ready. We encourage you to place your orders separately if you would prefer to receive in stock items first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping label is requested, you will be deducted $7 from you store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Junie Grey is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
