Shipping policy

Domestic

All domestic orders ship via USPS first class with an estimated shipping of 2-7 days. 

Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped. Junie Grey is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.

 

International

We are currently not shipping outside of USA. Please be sure to sign up to be notified when we resume international shipping.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Junie Grey is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
