Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, please click here.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
Items returned without original packaging or tags may not be accepted.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds for returned merchandise.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
• All sale and clearance items
• Archive Collection items
• Products marked Final Sale
• Items purchased during End of Season, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar promotional events
• Shoes
• Hair accessories
• Hats
• Toys
• Swimwear and other intimate or sanitary goods
• Feeding bottles, fruit feeders, bowls, cups, utensils, and other food-related items
• Holiday merchandise, including Halloween, Christmas, and Easter collections
• Gift cards
Orders placed using certain promotional or discount codes may not be eligible for return. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@juniegrey.com before purchasing.
Please do not send items back without return authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@juniegrey.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• A photo of the shipping box
• A photo of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue
Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Once reviewed, we will provide a prepaid return label if applicable and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once an order has been placed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return label is provided by Junie Grey, $7 will be deducted from your store credit.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Junie Grey is responsible for your order until it is accepted by the shipping carrier. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
